A very busy week for mummy and daddy. Instruments from North and from the very South.
This week, we received a flute from another Musicworks dealer from the far south. This place is called Gore ! Rico showed me on the map where it is. Rico is very clever on his directions and knows some cool places near where we live.
Speaking of mystery places…I think Rico is getting a feed from somewhere near by. He comes home, not so hungry and won’t tell me where he’s been. He usually finishes my plate, but recently has left it alone. I will find out where, and keep you in touch !
My mummy has very sore neck and back. This is not because of hugging me (as I’m very huggable) but because of all dirty messy grubby flutes and clarinets that have come in.
Mummy and daddy are working on an old French Noblet clarinet. Even I couldn’t see my beautiful reflection from the keys. Daddy polished with his magical buffing machine after mummy hand polished all the keys. Wohhhhhhhh, it looks like new….they are very cleaver !!!
On Friday, mummy and daddy went to The Food Show in Auckland. The first free sample of food they picked up was for me. Being the kind and gracious cat that I am, I shared with my little brother…who still won’t tell me where he is getting his food supply from.
The days are getting longer and warmer. My special daddy is having a birthday this coming Saturday. He is lucky, for every one year human year equals seven years cat years. He still has more gray hairs than me…my tummy is getting as big as his :-)
