I am very grateful for my smooth and soft fur. The nights have been a bit nippy and it’s nice to have a lovely coat of fur to keep me warm. Because I am so generous, I also allow Rico to curl up next to me. He snores, and sometimes leaves droppings (sorry, public!) near where we sleep, and wiggles all night. Deep down…very deep, I do love him and like to keep him warm.
The other night, Rico made us all worry for him. I came in at the proper time (Daddy called my name), but Rico choose to stay outside and make life hard and cold for us. It was a bit funny seeing daddy walk outside with his clothes and dressing gown calling for Rico and shaking the biscuit container. I had a little laugh…hahahaha :-) It wasn’t until mummy went downstairs with a torch and spotted him and called him, that he finally came. I can say that he is very much a mummy’s boy !
DR TOOT is forever busy with repairs and last Friday, he gave four repair workshops to two different schools in South Auckland. The children asked many good questions and my daddy…I guess Rico’s too, was able to answer them and gave good advise. I am proud of my daddy ;-)
Also, daddy has now over 50 students – from flutes, saxophones, trumpets and trombones in schools and private. We have had a few students that have started in past few weeks, and a new student will start this week….waooooh, so much noise and people to meet me and learn from daddy. Welcome to DR TOOT, everyone !
This week the lovely vintage Yanagisawa alto sax and the professional Selmer clarinet have found new homes. I know the new owners will be very happy as the instruments have all been TOOTed ;-)))
Happy Mother’s Day to all humans and cats…not dogs, meow, meow, meow !!! I could have been a mother but a little snip took care of that, so I guess I will be a mother to…you know who !?
