This week at DR TOOT, we received many instruments from the South…I mean South Island . On Friday, we received four A clarinets from the Dunedin Youth Orchestra. So many As at one time. On Saturday, a saxophone arrived from Christchurch . This instrument is a beautiful Keilwerth SX90R alto sax. It will be quite challenge for daddy to work on, but I know he can do it J
Did any of you watch a programme last Sunday about cats ??? Rico and I made special time to watch it with mummy and daddy. I’m not sure if I agree with the clothing cats made to wear. We are cats, not frogs, not clowns, not idiots…I’m not anyway…Rico, ummmmmmmm…maybe. He quite liked the frog one. As frogs like water, so does Rico ! The scary thing is, is that the costumes were made by a Japanese lady in Japan . Don’t get any ideas, mummy !!!
It’s been a hot again in Auckland and we all take our place to cool down. Mine is in the hall way, on top of trombone cases, mummy and daddy on the couch with windows wide open, and Rico…you know, in the bathroom sink ! Heck, that cat has major issues !
A little drama happened this week. Fluffy, Rico’s friend has been hanging around my estate at the back - Growling and groaning loudly. I think he is looking for a place to live, because I’m sure his owners don’t want him….BTW, mummy and Rico think Fluffy is a SHE, but daddy and I know that Fluffy is a HE…enough said J Get a life and a new home, Fluffy !
Sorry for lack of news, but mummy and daddy have been very busy with school repairs leaving Rico and I to just be lazy and relax ;-) Enjoy the summer, my friends and hope you relax too !!! BTW, part 2 of the cat program is on tonight…I hope there are no embarrassing moments J
