Hot Hot Hot !!!

My name is Rico…I am a son (cat) at DR TOOT. Living at DR TOOT, you must be patient ;-) I am very very patient with daddy and big sis Zara J Have you seen her last week’s photo ? Beh, she has got definitely issues !!!

She has been calling me “Little Rico”. However, mummy and daddy have confirmed that I am bigger and heavier than Zara. Hehehehehe, I am a big boy now – really !!! Still younger than Zara…that’s OK ;-)

Last night, mummy and daddy left me and big sis Zara alone (again !) and went to a BBQ party at next door….not fair !!! Ummmmmm, I wanted to join them. They came back around 1.00am and put us into our beds. I was disturbed but missed mummy and daddy, so it was good to see them at home.

What happened at DR TOOT this week…daddy seems to enjoy the last week before going back teaching. But he is still busy with repairing lots of instruments – a flute from Wellington, a saxophone from Bay of Plenty, a very old trumpet from local and a bunch of instruments from school again.

Daddy has told us that he won’t be teaching at school anymore and will stay at home. So, I am very happy to see him at home all day and everyday J

Some instruments have arrived from Japan this week. A few of them have already found their new home. One of them was a famous Japanese vintage professional tenor saxophone YTS61 by Yamaha. DR TOOT has sold the same tenor sax last year and this tenor has gone to the same home - one for father and one for his son ! They just love YTS61 J DR TOOT’s best seller, Yamaha Alto Sax YAS32 didn’t stay here long either. She has gone to a new school with trumpets and clarinets. Some students are really lucky !

Beh, it’s been sooooo hot and muggy here in Auckland. Mummy told me that the summer in Japan is much muggy than here. I feel like jumping into the water…I’m not sure if I can swim, though… J

PS: Dreaming of swimming in the sea...
