A luscious Yanagisawa 901 also arrives here and it too haves a wonderful tone. My trained ears never lie. I have been listening to saxophones since I was only six weeks old and I know a goodie when I hear one. Rico only knows the sound of biscuits being poured into his food dish….need I say more ???
Many repairs came here in our last week of the school holidays. Clarinets, saxophone, flutes and brass instruments all arrived for DR.TOOT’s magic fingers. All done on time and everyone was happy. They all come to see daddy and ….me. I greet everyone and they all know who is boss…me of course!
Students start their lessons here next week and it’s time for me to put on my best face and meet everyone. Deep down I know it’s me they come to see. This term is a busy one for daddy because many of his students are doing exams in September. They are all winners in my eyes. Good luck to all!
Time for me to go now. Daddy has been practicing his tuba a lot because he has a concert coming up with The Manakau Concert Band this Thursday at All Saints Church in Howick at 7pm. Come and listen and enjoy my daddy’s playing…along with the other band members…hehehe J
