Hello everyone, here is Alfa. This morning, my daddy DR TOOT took me for a walk (just back yard and the front of our house) with leash for the first time. My big sister Zara was following me to make sure I was all right. Mummy was watching me from a window and she was impressed as I was walking like a puppy ! Daddy was impressed too to see my walk J
Daddy and mummy seem to be still confused – keep calling me “He, He” J I am not a boy as you know…even I act like boy…..mewmewmewmeooow. Daddy and mummy were told by the previous owners, that I was male. Mummy now thinks because I am very active and eat a lot so that the previous owners thought I was a boy !
I am now allowed to stay at a room during lessons. I love the sound of saxophones, so I stay in the room and listen to some students play. Oh, I sometimes even sleep…but, I have to say that I am still scared of the sound of tuba ! Daddy plays and my ears and eyes go to biiiiiiiggggg J
Daddy will play a tuba with NZ Pops Orchestra next Sunday. It is the first pop orchestra in New Zealand . Daddy was asked to join the orchestra, so he will play a tuba in Town Hall, where he has lots of good memories when he was with NZSO & APO.
This week, DR TOOT received more instruments for repair and servicing from schools, other music shops, and private customers. Our two pre-loved instruments (Yamaha flute and trumpet) have found new homes.
Mummy was quite upset this week that she had to chase up three items which were sent by A courier company. One of the items is still missing (mummy had to send another batch from a post office) and another parcel is still on the way to customer after four days (not sending to overseas !). When mummy phoned up the courier company to complain, I was in the office and she was a bit scary…she was more scary than tuba…yeaaaah, right J
