I Love my daddy…

Bring me sunshine, bring me food, to ask for more, would truly be rude! I guess none of you realized that I am a closet poet. It’s part of my upbringing you know. I have class, beauty and Alfa…well two out of three isn’t bad.  We at the House of Toot, are all having a great time. The sun keeps shining, and I have my freedom. You know that Alfa is on a leash. Recently, mummy has been letting her off it and she loves to explore. I of course have to keep an eye out for her, but it’s nice to see that she is sort of growing up.

On Monday, there was much noise and action at the back of the house. A man came and was working very hard on a shed. Daddy says that it is a tool shed, but I know that it really is a little house for me, to go to, when Alfa gets up my whisker, which is most of the time. My new house looks great, but  I am not too sure what to do with all these tools inside it…. J

More repairs and sales this week.  Clarinets, saxophones, flutes and many others, have been fixed and been couriered or picked up our customers. Sometimes a see a flute in a million pieces on one bench and a saxophone on another. So much going on that it sometimes does my head in. A builder will come soon to help organize the shop better for daddy and help daddy find things easier.

Three saxophones arrived this week from Japan and one Yamaha Custom Oboe. The saxophones were a Tenor Sax YTS32, Alto Sax YAS 24II, and our first Yamaha Soprano Sax YSS475. The tenor sax didn’t live here for long, because a young man in Wellington is going to be the proud owner!  Yesterday a beautiful Yamaha flute went to a lovely girl in Cambridge, who drove all the way here to pick it up. We also had a visit yesterday from a young man who has a Yanagisawa Baritone sax that they got from us recently. It seems that a couple of pads were not behaving themselves and had to be refitted.

Time to go. Master Chef is on and I wonder if they are going to prepare and cook cat food. Thankyou everybody for reading my informative words. Your life is better now for hearing what I have to say. Be good, have fun and please “Like DR TOOT” on Facebook. I like and love my daddy…..
