Welcome all again to Zara’s world. I love my furry warm cuddly
life. I start each day waking up next to Alfa….not a great way to start the
day, go straight outside to do my personal business, then back inside for
breakfast. This is a routine that works for me and I am happy with it. After my
stretching exercises, I find a spot on the couch or on mummy and daddy’s bed to
chill out. Alfa usually keeps me awake with her moving and eating loudly, so I
need always to catch up with my beauty sleep. This sometimes can take all day.
A girl’s got to do what a girl’s got to do!!
We have had a really fluty week. Three of our stock flutes have
found new homes in just 2 days. They have gone to Whangarei, Rotorua and
Wellington ! Mummy takes such great
pictures of them, that they look so yummy and flute players find them irresistible.
It’s time to restock more flutes and keep our customers happy. We have a few
more instruments on their way from Japan and I know at least one of them is a
lovely solid silver Yamaha flute…watch this space for future news later.
Many of you that are regular visitors to our website, may
have noticed that we are having a huge sale. They look so pretty and are at really
silly prices. Don’t delay……get one today!!! While you are looking at our site,
you may have noticed too that mummy has taken photos of our Gonzalez reeds and
has introduced our Duo Packs for the Classical Reed range. This gives reed
players a chance to try out these amazing reeds, without having to commit to a
full box. Once you try them, you will never go back to your old reeds.
Daddy had a tuba lesson with Jonathon Baker (APO Tuba
player), on Friday. Daddy came back home very happy and geared up with what he
has to do to be a better musician. Jonathon is a very good teacher and player
and has given daddy goals to be a better player. At the moment, daddy is
looking around for a new professional CC Tuba. This seems to take a lot of his
time. I hope he finds one soon because it is making the rest of us at home
crazy hearing about all the different makes and models.
Time to put my paws up and catch up some more on my beauty
sleep. Be good everybody and spare a little thought for me. It’s so not easy
being daddy’s PA.... J
