My subjects, you might have noticed that my little sister
Alfa did not say anything about Christmas tree…that’s a typical ! She attacted,
bushed, and jumped on the tree and we all heard that mummy and daddy were
saying “Alfa, Noooooooo, Alfa !!!!!!!!”
Before Christmas, we had another busy week at DR TOOT. Lots
of customers have visited us. One of customers drove up from New Plymouth. He
came to pick up the vintage Yamaha alto saxophone YAS61S he has purchased
recently and see us for the first time. He brought his saxophones to show to
daddy and also a bottle of single malt whisky and strawberries, which made
daddy and mummy happy J
It was good to see another loyal customer who is a student
at New Zealand School of Music in Wellington. He asked mummy how me…and Alfa
are doing, ummmmm, a very good customer !
Also this week, some instruments have found a new home –
Yamaha professional trumpet YTR6310 has gone to a new home in Auckland. A customer in Whangarei who bought a Yamaha
flute before, has purchased a Yamaha alto sax YAS32 this time. A Yamaha tenor
sax YTS34 will be a Christmas present for a young muso in Auckland. Today, a
gentleman purchased a Yamaha trombone YSL251 on TradeMe. So, it will be leaving
for Christchurch tomorrow. Well, our pre-loved trumpets, trombones, and tenor
saxophones are sold out !!! Thank you, all customers !
Mummy and daddy have been shopping around for more instruments from Japan. Another Yamaha flute 221 has serviced and listed on our website, and a Yamaha alto sax YAS24ll, Yamaha trumpet YTR1315 and Bach Stradivurious trumpet (silver plated) are arriving shortly. Later, more instruments will be joining a TOOT family !
On Tuesday, a van visited us from Tauranga. It was from one
of schools. A bunch of instruments have arrived for services and repairs. Then,
daddy and Fumi will be collecting more instruments from a music school in
Auckland tomorrow. Meow….
All my subjects, I have just realized that this is the last
blog for this year from me….I must say that thank you all for your support and
putting up with Alfa…a Very Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year….and Happy
Tooting in 2014 from Queen Zara !!!
