Where is my daddy??? Last Sunday night…NZPOPS, Monday night,
Auckland Brass Consort, Tuesday night, Auckland Brass Consort, Wednesday night,
daddy was home, but too tired, Thursday night with AWO and Friday night we had
visitors, so no one on one with daddy. On Saturday evening the Auckland Brass
Consort rehearsed in our living room for a couple of hours, then they all had
coffee and drinks. Mummy, Alfa and I stayed upstairs away from all that Brass
Noise. Daddy watched the Rugby and was too tired for me. Today was Auckland
Brass Consorts concert. I was told that it went really well and over 80 people
came!!! Tonight I will reserve daddy’s lap. That is where my daddy will be.
I am not one for complaining. I have standards. Speaking of
standards… Alfa has none. It seems that she often does pee on the towel in the
bathroom that is under her poo poo tray. It is disgusting and the smell is
horrible. I think she has major issues and I will have to talk to daddy on what
we are going to do about it. It’s my bathroom too and it’s not right.
This week, we have had a few instruments arrive from Japan.
A beautiful Buffet R13 Clarinet, an amazing Yamaha Custom trumpet and a semi
professional Yamaha Clarinet have all
arrived.
Two Selmer saxophones have found new homes. On Friday night
a guy called Sam came here with his teacher for nibbles and drinks and to try
our Selmer Jubilee Series II Alto Sax. He loved it and bought it. Yaa!!!!, Alfa
and I can eat J
Then on Sunday morning, we had a visitor come here to try out the Selmer Mark VI
Tenor sax and he loved it and bought it! Now mummy and daddy can eat J Thank you Sam and David
and we know you will both really enjoy your saxophones. Selmer is a wonderful
saxophone and DR TOOT is very proud to be the distributor for New Zealand !
Well my subjects, it’s time to go. I see daddy on the couch
and his lap is calling for me. I hope there is a good movie on tonight so we
can spend a long time together……I love my daddy…and mummy too…and maybe Alfa J
