It’s been still warm
and feels like summer, despites autumn 😸 The photo shows that I am relaxing a bit outside this afternoon...without leash ! 😉
Our efficient repair
team almost caught up all repairs……and we received more instruments for repair
this week ! Lots of saxophones arrived from all around country.
Sales wise, it started
slow and I had a bit pressure from Zara. She kept saying to me that “Did you
sell anything today?” “Are you working
hard enough ?”…etc. She can be pushy, you know !? 😅
Well, lots of
accessories went out as usual….reeds, mouthpieces…etc. They travel all around
NZ - that’s cool 😊
Two pre-loved
instruments arrived from Japan, Yamaha flute 411 and Yamaha Custom trombone
YSL820Gll. Also, mummy and daddy had an opportunity to purchase 3 clarinets
locally. They will be serviced and listed on our website soon !
The Team always has a
monthly meeting which is on the last Friday of every month, and it was on
Friday for March. I also sat down with everyone and listened, of course…as a PA
of mummy 😼
The same day, a
pre-loved Selmer Series ll alto saxophone found a new home in New Plymouth and
left here…it should be delivered to the new owner tomorrow. Yesterday, another
alto sax, Yamaha YAS62 found a new home in Auckland - Father and son visited DR
TOOT and he tried the saxophone and loved it ! They left with the saxophone and
happy face - goody goody gum drops gum drops 😺
Mummy and daddy have
been talking about the Youth Jazz Competition in Tauranga…brah brah brah…Ummm,
it sounds that we have to stay at our Cat Hotel for a few nights. Yes, DR TOOT
will be closed on Friday, the 5th as they are going to Tauranga ! DR
TOOT will have a pop up store at the event on Friday and Saturday.
Oh, well…Zara won’t
like this but for me, it’s an opportunity to meet other cats, meow meow meow
!!! 😻 Here Zara thinks she rules, but at
the Cat Hotel….she is just a commoner, but don’t tell her that 🙀😋😸
