RIP Bob !!!

It’s with a heavy heart that I have to share some very sad news. The very famous English cat, Bob has died. Bob featured in a movie called “A Street Cat named Bob”.  If you haven’t seen it you must! Alfa and I saw it a few months ago and mummy and daddy went to the movies a year or so ago and saw it here and shared the amazing story with us as we were not allowed to go to the movies. Alfa and I are still very upset and it is hard to talk now about it. Although I personally hadn’t met Bob, many fellow cats have told me that I have very similar kindness and leadership characters as Bob had. In my modest way I have to say that Bob was kinder and wiser than me, but deep in my heart I believe that we were very similar. Bob was a movie star and assisted in writing many books. We miss you Bob. Apart from myself, you were the only other cat I looked up to. R.I.P. Bob 💕

Well as you see it’s been a very emotional week for me. I have carried on and kept my chin and whiskers high. I have spent most of the days indoors as it has been raining a lot and a wee bit chilly. This has meant that I have had to stay for a long time in the same room with Alfa. The good side of this is that she spends a lot of time with mummy in the office which gives me the private time I deserve. When I am alone, I think and plan for the future. Such a wise cat am I…..😼

This week I have handled two sales. The first sale was to a lovely customer here in Auckland. They purchased a newly arrived, Yamaha student model clarinet. It was in really good condition like all of our stock and they were very very happy. The next sale towards the end of the week was also a newly arrived Yamaha YAS34 alto sax. The customer came in to have their sons saxophone repaired but it was going to cost a lot of money to repair it and it wasn’t worth it. So they asked what we had and sure enough we had this lovely saxophone that had really just arrived. Both instruments didn’t stay here lone and now have new homes with very happy new owners.

It’s time for me to again say goodnight. Your personal suffering wont be long because I will be back in 2 weeks time to share my news and views to those not as important as I am. Be good everybody and spare a thought for Bob…..🙏
