Rain and Tornado

Monday started early…just after 8.00am, a couple (mother and father) visited us with son’s saxophone to get repaired/serviced.  We had a look at the saxophone and unfortunately it was beyond economical repair….then, daddy showed them a brand new Arnolds & Sons alto sax upstairs. They liked the saxophone and went home with it 😸

Then, next day we saw a familiar face…she came here to purchase a brand new Backun Alpha clarinet…Yes, Alpha (good name 😻) ! Mio had checked over, set up and tested and all good to go…the clarinet has found a new home in Auckland.

We had a wild weather this week. Heavy rain which we needed here in Auckland, but also tornado hit a part of Auckland (fortunately it wasn’t our area…) which was so scary !  We are not even used to heavy rain and Zara and I were scared at night time 😨

Lots of reeds for stock have arrived from Gonzalez in Argentina as well as clarinets for stock from Backun in Canada.

Two pre-loved saxophones from Japan and lots of pads from Italy should be arriving here coming week.

Very efficient team has caught up all repair work on Friday, and then two saxophones arrived yesterday (Saturday) for services/repairs.  Hope more to come !!!

Well, that’s about it from me, Alfa…Princess Alfa 😺😺😺
