Ciao tutti, here is definitely winter…sometimes so cold !!! It’s good to be staying in our home :-) Mummy and daddy think that Zara and I are funny, because we fight and run around inside of house in the morning and at night time we stay together on a couch while cleaning each other.
You know, I luuuuuve water (if it’s raining, I go out :-)…and now I love the printer too ! If I hear the printer going on in the office, I run to the printer and must check the paper coming out. One day, I put my paw in and touched the paper, and smudged the ink…beh, mummy told me off !!! She told me that there is an old saying “Curiosity killed the cat”, and if I don’t wanna die, I shouldn’t touch the printer…hehehehehe.
Mummy and daddy have been so busy ! Daddy’s workshop is full of instruments like a jungle of clarinets, flutes, saxophones, trumpets and tubas ! I am curious but too scare to enter the room…me and Zara are not allowed to go there anyway ;-) We’ve been a good boy and girl :-)))
Today daddy has finished a massive operation on a Leblanc clarinet ! It needed new pads, new corks and heaps of loving. It looks brand new and we know that the customer will be really happy…Go, Go DR TOOT !!!
They were so happy receiving an email from one of their customers. She sent her flute for servicing to DR TOOT, and she emailed back a special message with an e-kiss and an e-hug from Wellington. We all hope that she keeps Happy Tooting !!!
Famous people a part from Zara come to DR TOOT’s house. The ex-mayor of Howick came to see me…oh, no…see daddy this week :-) He brought in an instrument that looked like a jumbo metal snail. Daddy said it was a mellophone….not a telephone. It needs the kiss of life and a whole lot more to make a work, but we know we can ;-)
