It’s a month of Birthdays at DR TOOT

Yes, Mummy’s, mine, and Alfa’s birthday are this month including Rico’s. It was mummy’s birthday yesterday, and Alfa and I did something special for her. I organised a special cup for her and I asked daddy to pick up some dark chocolate scorched almonds. You see, mummy always cleans our poo poo box and the chocolate covered almonds looked like...well you know J I picked the card and we both signed it. Daddy of course picked everything up as we can’t drive and only I had some money. Mummy had a great day and daddy was very happy!!!!

Alfa’s birthday is tomorrow and mine is on next Saturday. I have got Alfa some special cat food as I know she always like to eat and at least we can share. I wonder what Alfa will get me…..

Life is always interesting at DR TOOT’S. Many instruments have arrived from Japan. Three trumpets and one alto sax arrived on Friday and two flutes arrived on Saturday. Daddy has already done the trumpets and saxophone and mummy too has already done the pictures. The flutes I think will be done before the week’s end. Many repairs came in too at the end of the week, so as usual, my daddy is busy. Mummy is running DR TOOT, and daddy, well you know….busy J

The year is coming to an end. Students will finish lessons in a couple of weeks, and daddy has a few concerts coming up, with MSO, AWO, and Howick Brass band. Apart from the concerts, daddy also has 3 students doing exams soon. Like I said earlier, there is always something happening at DR TOOT’S.

There is only one thing I have to complain about this week. No it’s not Alfa’s bad breath and her always eating, or Alfa always getting in my way….. It’s all the bang bang sounds outside. Fire crackers have been going off at all hours and it scares Alfa, which means that she hangs around me more. I don’t like the sounds either. I hope they stop soon.

Well it’s goodnight from me and good night from her. I maybe getting older, but all say, I am getting more beautiful!
