November has just started…already. It’s a busy month for our daddy because all
girls (including mummy J)
at DR TOOT will have own birthday ! The first one will be mummy’s birthday on
the 9th. Then, my birthday on the 11th – Remember,
everyone, I was born on 11/11/11 - Soooooooo special J Then, my big sis Zara’s on
the 16th….also, we don’t forget Rico’s ! His birthday was on the 21st. Zara and I are talking about how we celebrate
our birthdays together !
This week, one of our pre-loved Yamaha Xeno cornet has found
a new home in Christchurch through TradeMe and left DR TOOT on Tuesday. The new
owner has posted his feedback on TradeMe. He is very happy with the cornet. So,
mummy and daddy are so glad to know.
On Friday, mummy and daddy received brand new mouthpieces
from Henri Selmer Paris in France. There are mouthpieces for Bb/A clarinet,
soprano sax, alto sax and tenor sax, including the latest alto sax mouthpiece
named Concept. Each mouthpiece comes with the latest packaging which has very
nice design and a mouthpiece pouch. All mouthpieces are so beautifully created.
Mummy took some photos of them and they have been listed on our website. I, Alfa, thinks, that it will be a very good
Christmas present for someone who plays clarinet or saxophone J
On Thursday, daddy received many parts for his repair shop.
These included corks, springs, felts and many things that are needed to be
replace on worn out instruments. You see, many many instruments will be arriving
here in the next 6 weeks, so we have to get ready so that every instrument has
the right part for repairing. I am so proud of mummy and daddy.
On a personal note…I have been allowed outside more on my
own. Yes I am getting bigger. Zara watches over me and mummy makes sure that I
don’t hop on the fence. Summer is around the corner and good weather is coming….Looking
forward to it J
