Love Guilty Dinner !

What a week! I am not in my happy place. As you my fellow subjects know, I really don’t like change. The only change I look forward to is when Alfa changes address. More about changes later…This week has been pretty busy in the workshop. More late school repairs and many more private customer ones have come in to have DR TOOT give them more life.  Saxophones, flutes, and other brass instruments are now done and customers are very happy. If you look on our facebook or TradeMe service page, you will see some of the very kind things people have said about daddy, I mean DR TOOT.

There are always many sales of reeds and accessories, and this week a Yamaha YAS34 has found a new home in Thames. Speaking of accessories, many new accessories have just arrived in from Japan. These include Yamaha brass and woodwind maintenance kits, which we believe are the first time ever seen in NZ.

Other things that arrived from overseas were more tools and dent balls for the workshop……but nothing compares with what has just arrived in from France. Yes you guessed it!!!! A brand new, Selmer Series II Jubilee Alto Saxophone ! The engraving on it is almost as beautiful as me. I may offer a picture of my face to Selmer to be used on their most expensive saxophones. Maybe…..

Now, about the change….  Mummy and daddy told me last week that they were going to spend a few days in Wellington and Greytown. They left Friday morning and came back this afternoon...for Alfa, it was a looooong two nights and three days ! Uncle Bruce was here for us - Thank You, Uncle Bruce ! We had a special dinner this evening. It’s called, "Guilty Dinner". Well, we both enjoyed it very much...you know, special meal in a tin JJJ

Time to go. This coming week is a very busy week. A concert on Sunday and many things happening during the week. I am sure Alfa will report on all of this. Be good, love your fellow furry friend and love the people you own. Till next time my subjects….purr purr.
