NZCB National Festival !

First of all, I must apologize to everyone who reads our blog every Sunday... my bad, I didn’t write a blog last night. Because mummy and daddy were out all day Saturday and Sunday and I missed mummy a lot and I wanted to spend time with her….my big sis Zara missed daddy a lot, and she jumped on his lap and didn’t move at all.

Mummy and daddy had a very busy weekend for New Zealand Concert Bands National Festival at Baradene College in Auckland. They left for the Festival early morning and came back late afternoon. They told us that they met lots of people and enjoyed working at their stall. Mummy showed me photos and the stall looked very nice ! The two photos are on facebook J As a PA of mummy, many thanks to everyone who visited DR TOOT’s stall !!!

The winter came suddenly this year in Auckland. We had a few very cold days at the beginning of this week. Everyday, I look at outside from the window in the living room - Many couriers came to DR TOOT to drop off and pick up parcels. There are more instruments that have arrived in from Japan for stock and from different places in New Zealand for repairs. It is good that I am not allowed outside, because the vans might hit me and I would feel sad. To be honest, it was too cold to go out, and for the first time this year, mummy put on the heater for Zara and I. The heater is my new winter friend…oh, of course, I hop on mummy’s lap too J

One of the instruments that came to us this week for stock was a 1972 Selmer MKVI Tenor Saxophone I am told that this, like me is very special J. After daddy serviced it, he tested it and it had a beautiful sound. Very smooth and mellow…..just like me J

Also, big thank you to all customers who visited DR TOOT on TradeMe. DR TOOT has now 500 positive feedback and a big star !!! Mummy and daddy are very happy about the 100% positive feedback and they will do their best to improve the services...I will keep eye on mummy & daddy J

It was Queen’s Birthday today, and every year Zara thinks that it is another cerebration for her…ummm, Zara is a happy cat J
