The School Holiday has started – this means no teaching for
daddy. This means QUIET ! But, DR TOOT is very busy for repairs J Everyday, some
customers come and go as well as couriers.
Some constructions have been going on the main road at the
front of our driveway. We have own driveway, which I have never ever been
through my paws. My big sis Zara calls it “Green Miles” and told me “Never go
there !” Mummy saw Rico was walking through the driveway from upstairs….that
was it. He’s never come back…..hope the construction will be finishing very
soon !
Unfortunately, none of our instruments has found a new home
this week. Some accessories and reeds have gone to new homes all over New
Zealand. Mummy was busy organizing webpage, facebook, poster…etc. for DR TOOT’s
first Selmer workshop. It will be
happening on Thursday, 13th November at Lewis Eady Showroom in
Auckland. It sounds exciting, but I guess I and Zara cannot attend….not fair !
It’s been windy here Auckland, so I am happy to stay inside.
But today, I was out a little bit with Zara and mummy. I played, running around
and chasing Zara in the backyard. Mummy gave me brushing, which I really enjoy J I know that Zara hates
it, and it makes it difficult for mummy to do…oh, dear.
So many changes are happening in our house. Furniture is going
in different rooms and pictures hanging up. We have someone arriving in from
Japan to help work in the workshop. She will stay with us for a little while
until she finds a place of her own to stay. Because of this, daddy’s teaching
room is now going to be her bedroom and the teaching room and showroom will be
the same. Zara and I hate changes, but in a way, it’s kind of exciting. A new
buffet is now in the living room. Which gives me a new place to hide under JJJ
Speaking of changes, we have noticed that our roses and
other flowers opening out. They are all so very beautiful and they smell so
lovely like me too J
Spring is here and I so love it! There
has been so much excitement this weekend that it has made Zara and I very sleepy.
Please have a great week and enjoy the last week of the school holidays !
