Another What'a week !

Last week, daddy’s coffee machine was broken after few years of constant use,…he wasn’t happy. He brought it to a shop to get fixed and it was supposed to be ready on Monday, but it wasn’t ready. So, he was sad. The next day, he had a phone call from the shop and went to pick it up. He was told “It needs to be serviced once a year !” Then, he thought that it sounds very familiar… YES, that’s exactly the same thing daddy tells our customers at DR TOOT - “All instruments need to be serviced once a year !”

Monday, a new shipment of reeds order finally arrived from Argentina after a few month later ! Mummy and daddy had a little What'a...because one of packaging has been changed ! Mummy took a photo of them and put it on facebook.

Yes, we had another What'a week at DR TOOT - lots of our pre-loved instruments have found new home.  One of our Yamaha flutes has gone to a new home in Auckland and another one is going to Christchurch.  A Yanagisawa Elimona tenor sax has found a new home in Carterton. One of our customers has purchased through our website, and her son was very happy with the saxophone. A Yamaha alto sax YAS32 has found a new home in Christchurch through TradeMe and a Yamaha soprano sax is leaving for Otaki tomorrow :-)

Wenday's night, I felt something happening at DR TOOT…daddy brought down his tuba Anton in the living room, and there were five chairs….Yes, ABC (Auckland Brass Consort) members got together and rehearsed at OUR living room.  My sis Zara and I were totally disturbed.  Well, we had a good time together running upstairs  Listening to fun music and running around and jumping around…that was very good fun !!!

DR TOOT's students had a concert at Uxbridge Creative Centre in Howick on Saturday. ABC played at the concert too. As you know, my big sis Zara and I could not go...again, but mummy told us that our students played very well and ABC was awsome ! Then, after the concert, some people came to DR TOOT. Well, we were intruded...again, and our quiet afternoon turned to What'a afternoon ! The school holidays have started , so let's see what Zara has to report on for this week coming....
