I feel the temperature has dropped down a little
bit….autumn is here…but still hot sometimes J
Our week started without Shoko – She had two days off
because her friend visited Auckland from Sydney on the way back to Japan. She
came back to work on Wednesday. We all were very happy to see her again ! It
was not only us but also lots of instruments were waiting for her J
Tuesday night, we saw familiar faces, father and son
visited us to pick up his alto saxophone. He has grown up since we saw him and
now he is taller than DR TOOT !
A lady visited us on Wednesday. She purchased a pre-loved Yamaha Customer
tenor sax from us last year, and this time she came to collect a gorgeous
vintage Martin “The Martin” baritone sax. Mummy advertised it for sale on our
E-News Letter and the customer saw it. The Martin had an overhaul and has found
a new home in Tokoroa !
Thursday morning, we received a phone call from one of
the schools in Auckland. The HOD Music ordered one of our pre-loved Yamaha alto
saxophones. The YAS475 has left for the school in the afternoon. We are sure
that a lucky student will enjoy playing the saxophone – Happy Tooting from the
Team at DR TOOT J
Saturday, two more pre-loved saxophones arrived – the
Yanagisawa soprano sax 901 and the Yamaha tenor sax YTS275. The both of them
are ordered by our customers in Auckland. They will be serviced and meet the
new owners soon ! If you are looking for something, please let us know then we
can get it for you.
It was another beautiful day in Auckland. I enjoyed
outside with my big sis Zara, who still keep using my poo box J
PS: I am not a door stop !
