Yes, I am Alfa,
Princess Alfa…I am not an ordinary house cat but also PA of my mummy and a very
good sales cat at DR TOOT ๐ธ
Alfa brings “Good
Luck” to DR TOOT…like Maneki-neko, hehehehe. Lots of instruments have arrived for
repairs and services as usual. Then, we finally received a long waiting Selmer
Paris Reference 54 antique finish/vintage look tenor sax on Wednesday.
Daddy went to NZ Post
near the international airport to collect it from there in the afternoon and
Taka checked over, set up and tested – what a sound !
Next day, one of our
customers with his wife arrived from Hamilton in the morning, who was very interested
in the Reference 54. Well, he tested it upstairs and has fallen love with the
saxophone. We all heard the sounds from downstairs…gorgeous Selmer sound ๐ They left here with the saxophone and smiles – Another very happy customer ๐ธ
On Friday, mummy
received a phone call from Hawera where we have some customers. This phone call
was from a new customer, who contacted earlier this week and daddy talked,
talked, talked…as usual ๐ A mother of a
young saxophonist purchased one of our pre-loved saxophones, Yanagisawa Bronze
AW02 alto sax. It left here to the new home in Hawera – Another happy saxophone ๐ธ
In the morning, the
Team had a monthly staff meeting. Of course, me and Zara joined and were
listening what they were talking about. Well, Zara and I know now that we have
to stay at a cattery next month…as everyone is going to have a stall the NZ
Concert Festival in Wellington !
On Saturday, a couple
of customers came to pick up serviced instruments. Then, a familiar face came
to see daddy for an emergency repair on her alto sax and another familiar faces
(couples) visited us to drop off their 3 saxophones for services.
Wow, it looks like
another busy week ahead of us….meeeeoooowwww, bring it on !!! ๐๐ผ๐ธ
